Yap....i was in one (near olaya there, not entirely sure of the place lol) But was there with a friend for the Portugal vs Spain match. You go in sit in one portion (set up in sectors of the cafe) order some Turkish coffee and some pastries then watch the match on a 13 inch led TV placed right in front of you.
