Does anyone have any idea where to rent one of these type of elder people bikes? It has 3-4 wheels and the seat is not a traditional bicycle seat. 
Really appreciate your help!

I haven't seen such a vehicle before.
Could a scooter do it? It's possible to rent such one.

Ive seen a few on the streets that normally people aged 65-90 are riding. Not sure where they are getting these from. The people I am looking for the bikes for would never do the scooter unfortunately.

I take that the bikes you have seen belong to a nursing home.
Do stop the riders and ask them about their bikes, or ask one of the nursing homes in your area if it has such bikes and whether it would be possible to rent/borrow one of their bikes for a time or at least get some information.
