We are flying in to Punta Cana but have to get a puerta Plata we asked for a driver and it's $400 is there any other way we can get there? a bus does anybody know how much that would cost us? A bus to take us from Punta Cana airport to Puerta Plata airport? And how long the drive would be

Taxi from airport to Bavaro express bus. Not sure on cost.
Bavaro express bus from Punta Cana to Santo Domingo. Get off at the last stop. I believe it's about Us 7 a person
Taxi to Caribe tours. Buses leave every hour from about 6am to 7 pm cost is about US 9 per person.
Puerto Plata take a taxi to the airport. I think it's about US 35.
Tip: Caribe tours buses are damn cold!
