Hello in PR the condo I'm staying in has rotating window panels kinda like blinds? One fell as I was opening the balcony door? Anyone know where I should go to replace it?

I can't see the picture either, but I suspect that what you have is vertical blinds Don't know where you would find them on the island, but they are easy to find online. Lowes/Home Depot will either have them in stock or order them for you. You will want an accurate measurement of the length and width of the existing blinds.

Sorry I'm posting from my phone and I'm not sure why it's not showing. It's about 3-5 pieces or horizontal glass that slides into a panels that makes the windows. They open by rotating and it reminds me of blinds

try a window store, they will have what you need. Louver windows are very common.
