Can i go to Ecuador on visitor visa and get married there ?

If you read Spanish, you can get information you need from the web pages of Registro Civil .. www.registrocivil.gob.ec .... 

When you get to that section, click on the three horizontal bars (Menú) .. go to Programas/Servicios .. and then the Matrimonio y Unión de Hecho page.
