Finding an apartment to rent in CDMX for 5-6 months

I arrived in CDMX yesterday and am trying to find a furnished apartment circa La Condesa, La Roma, Navante, Escandon to rent for five months with a budget between $13,000MX and max $20,000MX a month. I keep being told people won't accept less than a year lease. Or that I will have to connect all the services myself (is that hard to do for short periods?). What's your advice? Any tips appreciated greatly. Thanks

Since the earthquake furnished rentals less than a year are not common. Also a co-signer will usually will be neeed.
Someone who will pay the rent if you don't. It looks like you can arrange a deal if you pay the 5 months in advance without a co-signer plus a 1 month deposit. Good luck.
