I have romanian RC for 1 year I wanna to move in belgium my wife roman and have belgium 5 year card annd now we want to move in belgium my wife have permision to work I just wanna to know I have work permision in belgium and if no then how much time required for work permit and which process please if you know anyone explain me thanks.

You will need to apply for a new visa to enable you to work in Belgium. As your wife is Romanian then she does not require a work visa.
