Moving to UK for family union

Hi, I am from Hong Kong. I am moving to UK with my husband and my younger daughter (age 16) in September, 2018. We are union with our elder daughter, age 20. She's been In UK since 2013. We are planning to stay near Portsmouth, Southsea. We have one big dog and two cats as well. Any friend can recommend me the best location near Portsmouth to live with my families, my dog and my cats. Any specific area I have to consider when moving the complete household to UK.
