Income Level required to have a comfortable life in Malta

As a TCN I guess your first problem is to find a job and get a work permit as you can not move here without it!
If you found a job at €20 - 25,000 and are single you would be fine.

Can you please tell, by 20-25k you mean net or gross salary? 20k before taxes would be enough for a single TCN? And maybe you know: the tax rates for TCN are the same as for residents or TCN pays more?
