Married but moving to Dubai with kids but not hubby

Hi,
Bit of a strange one. We've decided to go for it and move to Dubai after I was offered a job offer I don't feel I can turn down.
Hubby won't be able to join us full time for a while due to work commitments in the Uk.
I'm abit anxious about being on my own and would need a live in nanny.
I'm a bit worried as the kids would need to get used to her and I might have to do some night shifts.
I guess I'm looking to hear from other women who are there sometimes without their husband?
Someone tell me I'm not crazy attempting it.
Some family members are negative about the whole situation but I really want to do it.

Any advice helpful. I'm aware he might need to do a NOC which he's happy with.
