Hi Kylie,
There are some sports facilities (badminton, squash,floorball, table tennis etc) in Merihaka close to Hakaniemi, Helsinki. Unfortunately, I don't know exactly which bus goes there but I reckon that bus nr 16 should stop somewhere nearby.
