I have received a offer for employment with 420000 DKK per Annum gross + Monthly 3750 DKK for accommodation in Copenhagen city. Is it a good offer considering the cost of living?

I wouldn't consider it good enough.
As always, what decides a good pay? Your education, experience, branch etc., but a company would never hire an expat to a native for a job if that expat didn't have some special (or better) prerequisites for the job, and seen in that light, the pay isn't good enough.
