Hi there,
The best hospital for heart surgical procedure is Phil. Heart Center for Asia located in Quezon City.
There are a lot of heart surgery doctors there though I know it will inconvenient you because you need to fly from CDO to Manila.
You also need to contact doctors from the hospital.
