I am an expat and coming to Sao paulo for work next month.
I am looking for a safe place with fully furnished rental for single person.
My office location is :Roche Products Chemical and Pharmaceutical, Avenida Engenheiro Billings, 1729 - Jaguare, São Paulo - SP, 05321-900, Brazil
Need some suggestion to stay with less cost and safe place.

Vila Leopoldina
Lapa
Alto da Lapa
Vila Ipojuca
Vila Romana ( you would be closer to Downtown here )
You are also relatively close to Universidade de Sâo Paulo.
See if you can find anything on Butanta City ( only )
Avoid Morumbi, or anything close to it.
Real Estate professionals only if you can sign off on a 12-30 month lease. Otherwise, don't bother. You are wasting their time and yours.
