They are sold pretty cheap near battha and other malls, for around 100 riyals therefore I don't think you will find used abayas anywhere. You could try the charities that collect clothes but im not sure what the process is in order for you to pick up or recieve any of the items. Good luck

Another good option is a place called Haraj . You could google the place or just pick any taxi and say Haraj. There is old and new Haraj. try the old first and you did get a lot more cheap stuff there.
