Is there any foreigner who has useful information about Celpe Bras? How it can be prepared? Is it so hard?
As you know that foreigners cannot seek upto 100% portugese language correctly then how can any foreigner pass this test while he is living here in brazil since 2/3 years??
Please share your ideas and experiences.

The Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul maintains a collection of past tests than can be reviewed online and used for practice, at this URL:

http://www.ufrgs.br/acervocelpebras/acervo

There are also organizations that offer test preparation, but I can't tell from here how good they might be.

As far as I have been informed the Language proficiency test is similar to that of IELTs which is required for the English language.

They are not expecting us to be a 100 percent fluent, but basic understanding of the language is necessary. Approximately I don't remember the exact info but somewhere around 2.5 out 6 is the score that's acceptable
