Hi...I am an Indian married to a Malaysia citizen. We got married in the year 2016 and have been living in India since then. Now we are planning to relocate to Malaysia. We have registered our marriage both in India and Malaysia. However, I have never applied for a spouse permit as we both were in India. Am i eligible to apply for a spouse visa now? Can I get the endorsment for work permit without any delays?
Note: My wife and I... both are currently emplyed in India.

You and your spouse would need to be living in Malaysia to apply for the Long term social visit pass.
