I'm working in a company with 6-P visa status. Now I wish to change my company. How do I do that?

The employer needs to be within the quota (number of FW employees allowed) that they have been allocated.
BUT
"Foreign Workers are allowed to work in this country on a yearly basis up to 10 years. However, those registered under the 6P Program is allowed to work up to 3 years only."

Go to immigration and sit with an Officer.
However, I suggest your employer makes the application and sees what happens.
Worst case scenario, I think you can reapply from outside Malaysia after 3 month cooling off period after the 3 years expires and you leave the country.
