An Italian residence card is what it says; it gives you permission to live in Italy; nothing else.

i have European resident, sorry ..... which means i can work and life anywhere in schengen

I have never heard of a "European Resident" status. Where did you get it from and what does it entitle you to? Or was this your answer to the question if you are actually Italian citizen, as your profile implies? (EU citizens do not need a residence permit to live and work in Germany.)
