There are a bunch of good dermatologists both as private practices and private clinics,,,depends how far you are willing to travel and the exact nature of your skin ailment.

Fakim is good but I visited a lady dermatologist in the clinic of brown sequard. She is the best. I forget her name. She is a russian.
