Yes, I should had changed.., I am working now as an employee as a plastic surgeon specialist, not as a  manager and a consultant  plastic surgeon in my LTD in my country, ...
I have company at home, but the Tax and VAT together was 75%, What I did not want to pass on to my patients.
But tell you the truth I didn't regret at all..

I have a very good experience in Dubai, I was lucky, I could meet an Exceptional talent  lady dr Reem Osman , who is a CEO of the
Cat Saudi German Hospitals UAE(Dubai, Sharjah, Ras Al Khaimah & Ajman. She invited me to come for an interview...
She is trusting me and I always do my best...I can work in an very well equipped Hospital with an extremely good team.
we are taking part in an excellent world conference, to improve our knowledge.

Can you share some tips about what to do and what to avoid in order to advance in your professional career in the United Arab Emirates?
Yes, always be positive, love the country what accepted you and your family,  love and be kind and grateful with your workmates and your clients.
Never gossip or tell bad things about anybody, they will know earlier than you think.
( this is fortunately not my experience)
If you want to do officially anything, need to double check your personal data (your name telephone number), because they send your bill to a different phone or mail...
