Hi Everyone,

I have a doubt regarding Oman work visa cancellation, if an employee is working in Oman for certain number of years and willing to quit his/her job and like to enter Oman within two years of time as a tourist or family visa does an NOC is required for the same? please advice and please provide any government links on the same.

Hi sabarinathravikumar,

A NOC would be needed to go back before 2-years of cancelling an employment visa.
