Hi Guys
I have recently moved to Castelldefels and I am looking for some local gyms. I dont really want to go to the gyms in hotels as they are usually very small so if anyone has any idea where there are some in the area, I will be most grateful!!

I am actually based in Sant Feliu De Llobregat but train at a gym in Sant Joan Despi. I donŽt actually know of gyms in Castelldefells myself but my brother in law lives there so I am more than happy to ask him for you.
Do you need the gym for weights, martial arts or general fitness?

I don't know if they have one in Castelldefels, but Dir are really good. They are well equipped, have about 15 gyms around Barcelona which you can use any of, and have really good prices.
