For visa information and applications www.immi.gov.au There is also a list of preferred skills which thew Govt is seeking.
A Google search will find websites, agencies for job seekers. www.seek.com.au is a good site.
For living costs check out the posts on this forum and try www.numbeo.com
As an aside, have you considered NZ as there is a shortage of teachers and qualified tradesmen.
