Virtual Office Services, 8-day-limit for Residency Permission

Hi there,

I would like to know if anyone has experience in renting Virtual/Registered address for his/her company in Rome.

Also what was your experience in handling 8-day-limit to apply residency permission? How did you rent a house in such a short time?

Thanks in advance.

Altan.

P.S. I have searched virtual office term in Rome's forum, didn't see anything, If I missed, apologize.

Its normal to apply for visas before you leave your home country first. Once you have the correct documentation you would have no trouble in renting a place.

Actually I didnt ask that.

The 8-day rule is for Non-EU citizens to declare their presence in Italy, but you do not need to do that if you stay at a hotel, as the will do it for you. Registering as a resident is something completely different.

Thank you for the answer however the 8-day rule is also a must for residency permit application which is my case.
