Azerbaijan temporary resident visa (TRP)

Hi Murad,

     I will be applying for TRP, as: "specialists in one of the following industries: science".  Two questions:
- what are the needed documents? In particular, what type of invitation has to be attached?
- can this be applied before you come to Az, or you have to come to Az with normal visa and then to apply for TRP?

FYI: I will be coming as an expert for a contract set up European Union Delegation in Azerbaijan, with Az Ministry of Education as beneficiary.

The company who invite you have to apply to immigration.

- Registration Document of the company
- Job offer
Invitation letter for employment visa .because you will work here.
2) can this be applied before you come to Az, or you have to come to Az with normal visa and then to apply for TRP?
no . After arriving Azerbaijan you will apply for getting TRP.with tourist visa you can not take TRP. If you will work here you have to get employment visa

Im working in U.A.E for about 5 years and I got new job offer here in Baku Azerbaijan and just arrived since July 5, 2018. And start working here since July 7, 2018
I have Egyptian fiance. He is still in U.A.E
I just want ask if we can live here in Baku Azerbaijan together. And if he can work here? How he can apply job from here in Baku?I got job here because of recommendations by my previous manager in U.A.E . My manager now here is his friend.
