Dominican Republic in Central America?

A while ago somebody told me it's a mistake to have the Dominican Republic in Central America.

Is it mistake? Where should Dominican Republic be in the directory?

Thanks in advance for your help :)

Yep, The DR should be in the Caribbean. :)

Thanks Gary :)

which other countries should I move to the Carribean?

If you want to use the Caribbean as a regio, you should include: Barbados, Belize, Jamaica and Saint Lucia as well.
That leaves Costa Rica as the only Central America country (for now..:D)

And Cuba... it's considered Caribbean, right? :|

Thanks Gary!

It reminds me it isn't easy to make everybody happy with a worldwide directory. I just hope nobody felt offended :/

Hello Julien

You should definitely consider in creating a region for the Caribbean Islands itself, that would be a good improvement in the blog after 10 years of service.

For sure the guys on the English and French Caribbean may not be too happy with the Idea of being part of Central America as their region as silly as it may sounds :)

The Spanish Caribbean people may not argue it due to that they share the same official language as the Central American citizens.

Here you have a a list of the 122 Islands:
