Hi Folks,
Just wondering if there is free legal advice out there concerning termination of employment, the legality of a 6 month probation period and what one is due regarding annual leave entitlements.
Any assistance here would be much appreciated.

I think in Vietnam they calculated 2 months as a probation Period, according to the law there is no 6 months probation. In your case without giving more information and cannot give any suggestions or details
