Hi,
Can I still back out from a job offer where a contract has been signed and all requisites in working to malaysia has been process and Im only waiting for a single entry visa to be release??? If so what are the consequences?

You may be asked to pay the expenses the company has incurred. You could get blacklisted. The company could be slow to make changes to their database allowing a new application to immigration to be made. All hypothetical issues but possible. Suggest you move quickly to decline the job offer before the situation gets worse. Public holidays here until Monday 14th
