Hello there I am looking to buy some cans of oxygen for recreational use. They are sold easily in the UK but do not ship, and I cannot find in Portugal. I can try Amazon spain but guess maybe there are problems with shipping. Does anybody use a supplier in Portugal/know where to buy? Ideally I'd buy online and have shipped to my hotel.

The issue is probably centred around the fact they are dangerous for transport. It's not that hard when just shipping by road as there are exemptions to the Regulations for loads of up to 1000 kgs, but in multi-modal journies (i.e. air/road), it gets a bit more complicated.
