I'm an American Citizen staying for few months in India with my husband and child. I got the email for approved PR from express entry. Can I get the COPR document in India or it has to be from Canada itself? Please help

Hi Dear ,
First of all , you have to submit your passport to get the Canadian visa and then you have to travel to Canada to get the COPR and then you can come back.No need to wait for PR card as some one else can receive it and send to you by post.
That's my personal experience and its a requirement as well
