Hello!
My name's Steve. My husband and I are aiming to move to the Netherlands later this year, and are looking at property to buy. Our area of choice is Amsterdam but prices mean we'll probably need to widen our search.
The market moves very quickly and it's difficult to make appointments to view while we're still living in England. By the time we're able to get over to view anything, it's sold.
We'd welcome any tips or advice to help us with this search. Are there any recommended services or agents available with a proven track record?

Last year I was looking for a real estate investment in the area, and I was confronted with the same problem - living in a different contry, lack of time etc.
Did you manage to find a solution in the end?

I think the best way is to visit the Netherlands, book a Airbnb or similar and in the period you are there to plan for house visiting in cooperation with the real estate agent(s).
