Hi all and thanks for your advice. I want to buy a property reasonably closed to the sea side in tunisia.

can non citizens buy properties there? any hint?

Check out tayara. They usually have lots of properties. Also ask everyone and join a Facebook group. Most stuff is done on Facebook in tunisia.

Just look for a lawyer and make your procedures Legally and be careful of intruders!

or look for authorized agencies who specialized in buy and selling properties and have a governmental representative who will tell you more about the procedures.
