Depends on your lifestyle and whether you are single or with family. With family, no it will not work at all.
As a single guy, it can potentially work if you eat at home and share transport with someone or take metro. I am assuming that medical is covered.

Yes you can save up to AED 5000 if you are single and live a normal lifestyle.

You can not save if you are married or depend upon your life style. 6000 is not enough money.
