I have a friend. She has been working for more than 20 years. She rarely went to vacation to her country because of some reason. Can she ask cash for "air ticket" and how much the graduity which she will get from the company if she resign (her salary around BD 200)?

Depends if it is a resignation or redundancy.

For resignation, for 1-3 years service, it is 15 days for each completed year of service. 3 years onward, it is a full months salary for each year of service.

They are liable to give her a one way ticket if she is leaving but there is no obligation to give it in cash. They can always argue that she is not intending to leave so they won't give cash and when she decides to leave, they will book her a flight - only applicable if she leaves within one month of visa cancellation. Have seen this happen many times and labor courts accept this compromise.
