So its not advisable to apply a PR for New Zealand.

Without 160 points u wont be getting an invitation to apply if you submit an expression of interest.

The points are decided by the qualifications and paperwork you submitted when you applied. So I cannot see how you can increase your points without additional studies and paperwork.
