Are there any official dog breeders in Malta or places where to buy specific dog breeds?

Not really official as such, its a small country, variety and quality is constrained
And if its anything fancy like for example our french bulldog you have about 1 breeder in the entire country people would recommend and about as many vets who know the breed well.

Take care when buying a local dog since there's a lot of inbreeding ("garage breeds" - but at least they are quite cheap 
)
You can google "Malta dog breeders", but you better check their facility. And this can be a very sad experience ... I personally would never buy a specially breed puppy, as long as there are sanctuaries and shelters full of other dogs.
