Is it good to go Langawi tour by this month as I am not sure about weather conditions ,etc and I have a kid too.
Can anyone let me know how can we reach langawi from Penang. I don't prefer to fly. Any direct transportation Available?
Also I am in Employment pass.Can we go with this visa or should not?

Langkawi is part of Malaysia so its fine to travel there. A ferry service goes from Penang Ferry Terminal in George Town to Kuah.
