Does anyone have an idea traffic and license department timings changes, I was there at 2.45 pm to open file,,I was sent out closed for today..!!!

It is quite arbitrary - they usually say they are open till 5 for the driving school but in practice, it's a hit or miss. Only sure fire time and way to deal with Government departments is to go early in the morning i.e. around 8.
