Can anyone answer this question please?
If an Over 50s MM2H member does some consulting work for a company based outside Malaysia and gets paid for it outside Malaysia and the work has nothing to do with Malaysia but the actual work is done from home in Malaysia......... does that counts as overseas income on which tax is exempt in Malaysia or would it be subject to Malaysian tax, please?
