There is a new  condo building next to mamaitas beach thats beautiful, its practically on the ocean...they are going for 90k - 100k.

They are all vacant but look like they will be opening the doors in the next few weeks.

I HAVE BEEN LOOKING ONLINE AND FOUND MANY 2 BD/2BTH FOR UNDER $140K.THANKS. I NEED A CONDO THAT ACCEPTS DOGS,HAVE 3,
