Hi, just want to verify if its necessary to pay 10bhd for renewing CPR.Does the company not paying for that? is it different payment also for renewing and updating?

As per process, the sponsor or his agent has to apply and get the cards for you. After this point, it depends on company. Most decent and reputable companies pay for the cards on behalf of the employees. Doesn't appear like your company is one of them. Renewal or issue for expats is 10 BD and chip update fee is 1 BD per update.
