i am a electrical design and estimation engineer in saudi arabia.now the situation of our company is poor.i have one clarification that i am a permanent employee in the company for the last 6 years and if i am going for labour court for end of benefit.how many days will take for labour court procedure.

There is no need to go for labor office, you just need to communicate with your company first for your rights.

that's why am asking if a am going for management with this subject,if they are making sudden exit then what will i do.and this company not paying end of benefits at all to any persons.
