I am considering to buy a studio/small appartment in an area close to the seaside, like Nessebar or surrounding.
Willing to spend about 30kEuro cash, according to a few ads this will be OK for a studio.
However, I _might_ be willing to take up additional 30kEuro mortgage, to buy a small appartment in better location (up to 60kEuro then).
Questions: Any experience with a bank, regarding mortgage for foreign pensioner (65yrs.) ? I am German.
How are the actual financial conditions ?
