Mortgage in BG ?

I am considering to buy a studio/small appartment in an area close to the seaside, like Nessebar or surrounding.
Willing to spend about 30kEuro cash, according to a few ads this will be OK for a studio.
However, I _might_ be willing to take up additional 30kEuro mortgage, to buy a small appartment in better location (up to 60kEuro then).
Questions: Any experience with a bank, regarding mortgage for foreign pensioner (65yrs.) ? I am German.
How  are the actual financial conditions ?

My advise is to make direct inquiry in some of the banks. The banks with biggest turnover and liquidity are Unicredit Bulbank, First Investment Bank and DSK Bank.
I think they can provide you with best offers for mortgage.
Keep in mind not only for the interest, but also for the costs for maintenance of the loan, insurance, different taxes and notary fees for the mortgage.
