Driving Test Receipt

Hello. I have a driving test scheduled for the 12th of April and I booked the test on the 31st of March. When I paid for the test I requested for the receipt to be sent to my email as I couldn't print it at that moment, but I never received the receipt. What can I do about this?

I've tried calling the number for the directorate but no one answers the call and I can't go there now any time soon.

Rule of thumb; most people in Government office in at least most of the developing world never pick up the phone. The only way to get anything done is to go yourself or send someone on your behalf if it is acceptable.
