How do I solve the work permit/job offer challenge?

Hi guys,

I am from Barbados (the Caribbean) with 5+ years work experience within Transport/Logistics/Supply Chain Sector with BSc level education.

I am trying to migrate as I believe there are more employment opportunities. I am finding I am not being extended job offers because I lack work permit and I can't get work permit due to lack of job offer.

Can anyone provide any advice?

Hey, I saw the discussion on the same topic in the NL forum. In Belgium too, local language is a big pre-requisite for jobs in the sector you are interested in. Similar to any other EU country, Belgian employers too, can hire from outside EU only if they cannot find that skills and experience locally.
