I'm an Albanian living in Italy for more than 10 years. I will get my citizenship in a year and a half in order to be a citizen of EU. I would love to move to Scotland and work there for a few years.Do I need a Visa since I'm still not a EU citizen?

As a non-EU citizen, you will need a visa to live and work anywhere in the UK.
