IMO, not a very solid argument to put forward to the Prime Minister's office of Mauritius for an approval of your wedding.

Beyond the regular formalities that you will have to go through, you will have to provide strong financial credentials (employment, revenues, businesses, assets) to the authorities.

The Passport & Immigration Office has been cracking down on sham marriages recently and a list of countries, including India, have been earmarked for this operative.

I think that would even make the marriage considered more 'fake'. I would suggest you just follow the normal procedures to make it easier for you. Good luck.
