I don t know exactly the area, but Giza Square is one of the dirty area in Cairo, with a lot of garbage in the street, a specific heavy smelling that destroy your well-being, feeling like run away rather than welcome.
Not to forget the security and safe of the people there, a lot of looters, very poor people that look like Radar to get a loot to feed their families,...
Many things to say at this time, when security of a person is more important than luxurious finishing of a flat in nowadays situation when most of population become more and more poor!
What a pity that you have invest in a such of area!
My opinion, but who knows? Good luck in finding someone to rent it!

Roda/Manial is an island between Cairo and Giza, to the south of Zamalek. It is just near Giza square.
