Hello!
My partner (French) and I are planning to get married in France.
I'm now back in the Philippines after my studies in the UK. But before flying back I visited places in Europe and spent almost a month in France to meet his family and friends. He then joined me to visit the Philippines to meet my side.
We are now gathering all the documents (authenticated and to be legalised in France) needed to submit to the city hall.
My questions are:
Should I apply for a short stay tourist visa?
Should I write on the tourist visa form my intent to "marry"
